Planned works and projects (Private Homes)
A coordination fee agreed in advance as a percentage of the works value, quoted including VAT.
Your written proposal sets out which works attract the coordination fee, the percentage and the works value used to calculate it.
Contractor and supplier charges are payable by the owner at cost. Any agreed Smith & Ericsson coordination fee is separate.
