What we look after
- Building systems. Heating, ventilation, security, audio-visual and building management systems, serviced and monitored by the appropriate specialists.
- Suppliers and services. Maintenance contracts, specialist suppliers and household services, with appointments and service standards reviewed on your behalf.
- Works and projects. From small repairs to planned projects: briefs, quotes, coordination and supervision, with decisions brought to you where your approval is needed.
- When you are away. Inspections, security checks and preparation for your return, at the frequency agreed with you.
- Your representative. A single point of contact for the building's management, neighbours, contractors and your advisers.
You decide how involved you wish to be. We keep the agreed priorities and outstanding work under review.
What you receive
- A monthly management report.
- An annual review with a plan and budget.
- A property file.
- A key and access register covering keys held and access arranged by the office.
A retained monthly fee agreed for each residence, and a coordination fee on planned works agreed in advance.
