What we manage
- Condition and maintenance. Reported issues followed up, planned maintenance arranged and contractors coordinated through to completion.
- Compliance. We track the property's required safety checks, certificates and licences, and coordinate action as deadlines approach.
- Rent. Rent is paid into a client account held by our independent client accounting firm, or directly to you. We monitor receipt on the due date, make first contact on arrears and review the landlord statement where the accounting firm receives rent.
- Tenants. A single point of contact for your tenants throughout the tenancy.
What you receive
- Monthly management reporting, with a reviewed landlord statement where our independent client accounting firm receives rent.
- An annual review with a plan and budget.
- A property file for certificates, warranties and maintenance records.
- Inspections at a frequency agreed with you.
5% of rent plus VAT (6% including VAT).
